Drybar - Georgetown

Salon was running behind but they were very open with me about it and worked to get my hair washed while the other stylist finished her client. They did not rush me even though I was the last client of the day. Very professional and talented stylist (Ashley). Excellent results with my hair and good recommendations from the stylist. I will definitely come back and would recommend this location as they have later appointment and great staff.

Such a great location and amazing staff! I was in the area for only a short time and looking for a place to get to hair done. I have been to other Drybars before and decided to try this one. I am not disappointed!! The gentleman that did my hair was absolutely lovely, friendly and did a great job on my hair! Thank you for the great and fun company this morning while I was in town!

Angel did an amazing job and styled my hair exactly as I wanted! She also took me back as soon as I walked in. The front desk staff were kind and communicated with me throughout my visit. Overall it was a great experience and I’m glad I gave this location a chance (especially after reading all the negative reviews). My experience was great and I will definitely go back to see Angel at this location again

My stylist was really nice but overall this was a really disappointing experience. I asked for one of their standard hairstyles, the Southern Comfort (volume and curled ends). Despite it being a standard style they offer, my stylist seemed confused about how to use rollers (he ended up just curling the hair with a curling iron and clipping into place) and the rollers had visible black hair on them already. Also, the entire location was out of hairspray, so by the time I got home my hair had fallen pretty flat. Honestly a huge bummer and not worth $75. The service also took significantly longer than expected.

This location has really been a disappointment to me. I wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt but I have gone twice and neither time have I gotten what I came for. The staff is incredibly dismissive and not interested in achieving your hair goals. Today the restrooms were out of order (but the staff continued to use them- but they were out of order for customers…) and in general, they make you feel like an inconvenience. My scalp and ears were burned multiple times with an incredibly hot blow dryer and by the time I got home my hair was completely flat. I ended up doing my own hair at home with better results for a wedding I attended today. I wish I was leaving a better review, but this location sucks! I had a very similar experience at Drybar Alexandria so maybe go to another location if you’re looking for a blow out.
